New York City, NY – Jennifer McLogan, Long Island reporter for CBS 2, will sound the starting horn for the 2016 Marcum Workplace Challenge at Jones Beach State Park on July 26. The 11th annual run-walk for charity is Long Island’s largest such event, attracting more than 12,000 participants and spectators from more than 200 Long Island companies and organizations. CBS New York is the exclusive broadcast media sponsor for the event.
Presented by Marcum LLP, Long Island’s largest accounting and advisory firm and one of the top-ranked in the U.S., the annual Marcum Workplace Challenge has raised nearly $600,000 for the Long Island Children’s Museum, Long Island Cares – the Harry Chapin Food Bank, the Children’s Medical Fund of New York, and the Nassau County SPCA.
“Run, walk or cheer at the 11th annual Marcum Workplace Challenge at Jones Beach State Park.
