Company captains must submit the following:

One company check made payable to "GLIRC" should be submitted along with your completed Team Roster and a completed Participant Registration Form for all of your participating team members.

Early Entry Fee: $21 per person (must be received no later than July 1, 2010)
Entry Fee: $23 per person (all entries received between July 2-August 2, 2010)
Late Fee: $25 per person "Day of Race" (August 3, 2010)

Mail-in entries will be accepted until Friday, July 30, 2010
